MCPE-184643Impossible to delete imported skin packs
If you want to delete imported skin packs from the game, it's impossible to do so without reinstalling the game.
Steps to reproduce:
- Download and import the skin pack
- Try to delete the skin pack from storage settings
Expected results:
The skin pack should be deleted.
Obtained results:
The skin pack can't be deleted because Storage settings doesn't have a skin pack section (like worlds, resource packs, behavior packs and cached data) and the Android restrictions since Android 10 deny all edits in Android/data (including deletions).

Can confirm in 1.21.20.24 beta. To ensure that a skin pack has been imported you can create a new classic skin, and view all avaviable skin packs from there.
