MCPE-184742Friends tab still plays opening/closing animation when Screen Animations is disabled
When you disable screen animations and then open the Friends tab on the new Play screen, it still plays the opening/closing animation instead of instantly showing the tab.
Step to Reproduce:
- Turn off Screen Animations in Settings -> General -> Video
- Go to the new Play screen, and then open the Friends tab
Expected Result:
Friends tab appears instantly.
Observed Result:
Friends tab plays opening/closing animation.
