MCPE-25738unable to update to beta 1.2.0.25 xbox one
(i hope this is the right place to post this)i am unable to update to 1.2.0.25 on the xbox one. the update doesn't even appear in the update section in the "games & apps" app this is a bit of an issue for me because i can't join other peoples worlds when they are using 1.2.0.25
i would post an error or log but as this is on xbox one and xbox one is a closed system, i have no way of accessing the log files

What exactly do you go to to reset it to factory defaults? Im having this issue and desperately need it fixed

Daniel Lau This report is in the correct project, issues regarding the Xbox One Beta should be posted to the MCPE bug tracker.
Not to sound too ITish, but have you tried turning your console off and back on?
I know, it's the lame step that you're always asked to do, but there's actually a good reason for that, lol.

i have fixed this issue. i had to reset my xbox one to factory defaults and delete all saved data and then it updated
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket has not been updated recently (1 year+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines.
