Steps to reproduce:
1. Set your HUD opacity to a number which is lower than 100
2. Switch items
What I expected to happen:
The item switching would have no effect over my HUD opacity
What happens:
The HUD opacity resets while switching items
Created Issue:
Holding an enchanted tool with lowered HUD opacity will reset it

This works as intended. The opacity of the hotbar resets to 100 if you switch items and fades back to the opacity set in the options after a few seconds.
