MCPE-26327Book and Quill text font is so light it's unable to be read (Natural Texture Pack)
While editing Book and Quill – the text displayed in the book is light grey. This affects the typed text as well as the page count at the top of the book. The color is so light that it's almost impossible to read what is being typed. Please see the attached picture. Please make the text black - or at least dark enough to actually see.
I had forgotten to mention that this is in the NATURAL texture pack.

While editing Book and Quill – the text displayed in the book is light grey. This affects the typed text as well as the page count at the top of the book. No, this issue is not Invalid, and I advise you to not interpret the information given to be a modded environment in which the Mojang team has no control over.
From the screenshots, it is clear that the reporter of the bug is playing on the Natural Texture Pack, a product that is specifically in the store and Microsoft endorsed. This is not by a third party that has a bug tracker themselves. This is your product on the MineCraft bedrock edition store.
The Natural Texture Pack IS vanilla, and the texture pack works fine in the Xbox One edition of the game, as well as other console versions in which the texture pack originated. It is merely the bedrock engine that is interpreting the pack wrong. I advise you to look into this issue, and make the book and quills readable, as well as look into other textures that may have also been altered from their initial forms when converted to the Better Together update of the game.
The reporter never mentioned that they are using the Natural texture pack; I therefore assumed that they are using a custom resource pack.
It's alright.
I also just want to add that I have also had this issue myself, meaning it also affects Xbox One devices.
