Yep you're right, but I believe it was fixed in the meantime for the beta
If I'm not mistaken, the drowned isn't in the released version of the game, only in the beta. Since the affected versions listed above are released versions, I wouldn't expect to be able to summon the drowned in them. If this problem is currently happening in the beta, please tell us what version of the beta you're using.
