MCPE-31743Xbox controller and mouse not working together
Since updating from Beta 1.2.13.11 to 1.2.13.12 on Windows 10, you cannot use the mouse and controller together. Example, When the xbox controller is plugged in you can look around with the mouse but if you open a chest or your inventory the game no longer recognizes the mouse. You have to use the xbox controller to move items and to even move the courser. Unplug the controller and the mouse works as expected.

The issue of X Box 360 controllers not working or no longer working after an update on Windows 10 has been reported before at MCPE-17030, MCPE-31330, MCPE-31949, and MCPE-39572, but it seems like the issue has not been reproducible. The issue of the mouse interfering with the controller was also reported at MCPE-31743, but again, Mojang was not able to reproduce the problem. If the developers cannot reproduce the issue, they won't be able to do anything about it.
For now I'll set this ticket's status to "plausible." We will need more information about how to reproduce the problem to in order to confirm it as a bug.
@Pierre Andrivon: thanks for replying, and I'm glad to hear that reinstalling Windows resolved your issue. In most cases that would lead us to resolve a report like this as "Cannot Reproduce." However, since you've made clear that only Minecraft Bedrock Edition has had issues supporting the controller after Windows updates, I am going to leave this ticket open for Mojang to make a decision on.

Could not reproduce in 1.2.13.12 - tested with and Xbox One Wireless controller connected with USB, and also an Xbox 360 Wired controller. I could seamlessly switch between mouse and controller with both.
Could you please make sure that your relevant drivers are up to date?

We were unable to reproduce the problem you are describing in the latest version.
