MCPE-32017Explored Zones not generate coral, see grass and kelp, still empty
I'm playing minecraft xbox live 1.2.14.3 beta.
For all zone you have already explored there is no sea grass, coral or kelp.
I've tried using my copy of survival world in creative for see how it generate and for all zone I have already explored there is nothing in water. From my spawn to my house who include a very long path/ride who unlock achievement "Adventuring Time" - Discover 17 of the 40 different biomes, with cross of 70% of heavy ocean and warm ocean.
You can check for screen name 20 coordinates, screen 17 18 19 are the limit of what I explore from my spawn when i'm looking for an ocelot.
All others are screen of what I have already explore near my house.
On snapshot on java for my old save it ask me if I want to keep my save before regenerate it. Why not put same option on bedrock because I don't want to make a new world only for have aquatic update near to my house and near to my friends house.

I found obsidian near ocean ravine let me thinking there is a possible problem.
Also randomly but not only one time found 20x20 or big area of 10x20 completly empty whereas there is coral all around, and sometimes dig in ocean (was very strange).Can someone said me which build is on because I don't found any drowned, zombie still go up on bottom of ocean, magma block don't make you go to bottom of ocean. I don't see turtle.
So are we on build 2 or build 1 ? Do we get soon new build for not only creative players can get trident ?

You should separate this into lots of different bug reports. One huge report is harder to manage.
There is no coral or sea grass because you have already explored the area. This happens whenever there is some sort of new generated structure added in an update. The game can’t change what you have already rendered, or else there could be problems. Like in my world when the ravine update came out, I had to go a long ways from my house to find one. Had Minecraft been able to change what I have already rendered, I could have a ravine running straight through one of my builds! Anyway, this is not a bug, just something Minecraft has always done after major updates. In PC Edition, one can simply reset the chunks of their choosing to bring new features to their already rendered areas, but this can’t be done on MCPE, as far as I know.
A simple way is to just change chunk except the ones where something is build. If player as build chunk ignored, if not, just render it. If a player join your game and build a house and you have already discovered aera, it will not appear on map you have already discover, but if you take your map and go to his house, new build was update on map. Why not have similar thing for ocean ? There is no many build as far i know under water. I'm not sure new under water plants appear on map so why not just make chunks not used by build updated ?
WHen underwater monuments were introduced, they could spawn in areas that had not been explored for over three minutes. Perhaps when it moves out of beta, that will be possible again.

Already explored areas will not regenerate with new biome features, you will need to explore new areas of the infinite world for them to generate.
