Music in game will not play + Odd color glitch.

I've been experiencing this as well
Glad I am not the only one. I do hope it gets fixed.

About the music issue:
Did you download the free music pack from the Marketplace?
I fixed the first issue
Everytime I try the market place, the game crashes automatically, and it requires an Xbox live membership
sign in, which I do not have. If I do need to obtain the music threw the shop, then do reply so I can take this down.
You don't need xbl to download the music, which is near the bottom of the store homepage
