Did you uninstall the Trial and install the full game after you bought it?
yes i tired
Change the account in the playstore app.. (Choose the account that you has been bought minecraft)

Is it really Windows 10 PC? Doesn't look like it.
its windows 10 i just didnt move the head :/
Try backing up your worlds, uninstalling the game, waiting a few hours, and reinstalling the game. Does that fix the issue?
