it has been happening since mid 2018 every single world says that I have plenty of memory of iPad storage remaining I have 3.9 GB remaining of iPad storage. It keeps saying this for no reason So this needs to be resolved Epic fail!!

This means that there is not enough RAM (random-access-memory) for your device to handle all the textures. So the game reduces the level of detail. Since the text is cut off, you only see "reduced level of..." on your device.
So when the game says "Low memory" it is referring to your RAM.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket has not been updated recently so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines.
