MCPE-45915Being on top of bubble columns displays white colored bubbles
Steps to reproduce:
- Place soul sand on the bottom of the ocean;
- Let the bubbles bring you to the surface (Or stay flying on it in creative mode);
- Enable third person view and put your camera underwater.
Expected results:
All particles are properly colored.
Observed results:
Some white colored bubbles are displayed.

Reproduced it worked on 1.16.210
This is actually a duplicate of MCPE-43881. It's the same bubble particle for players and other mobs.
