Build Height Messages appearing when they should not
Placing a lever on the top block before build height and using it will give you the build limit message. This is also in an "old" world type.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot up an "old" world type
2. Go up to build height
3. Place a lever on the highest possible place.
4. Whenever you try to use the lever, the build limit message will appear

MC-11211. The message gets only sent when aiming at the top side of the block. Java had a very simelar issue. It was completey impossible to preform any right action while looking at the top side of a block at y-level 255.Thank you for your report!
