when offline and starting the app the loading screen runs into a lag for about 15 sec then keeps loading and then crashes. Note: that it does not happen on Wi-Fi

The same thing happen to me the other day. It crashed when I was offline MCPE-60019
DON'T duplicate your own reports MCPE-102424 plus both reports are duplicates of MCPE-60019 which has been automatically logged.
