MCPE-63317"Empty" effect for the command /effect
There is a new effect for the control / effect and I think we shouldn't have seen that.
To be clear, I tried this on Windows 10 Edition and Minecraft PS4. I think this bug is present on the entire bedrock edition of the game, but I'm not sure.
