However, unfortunately this report is Incomplete.
This bug was reported as fixed in the 1.16.0.61 BETA which you have listed as affected (but would have only just come out when you reported this). Please make sure you are on the latest BETA and if so, provide screenshots of the issue occurring on the original report (MCPE-64315).

Possibly has something to do with spacing of the sign text menu being different from the displayed sign
UPDATE: The text going out of the sign is fixed, but the text entered are not centered making it visually look bad.
