MCPE-74003Villager Teleportation
Heyo. Noticed Villagers behave strangely in comparison to my Java experience, unsure if intentional design or glitch...
Villagers in my base appear to be able to teleport to their job blocks / beds at times of day associated with their use.
The reason this is annoying is that I built a building which I do not want them to enter. (Iron Doors). The job blocks in there are for my personal use. (Stonecutter / Brew Station etc)
So is it impossible to "live" in a village on Bedrock without the population seizing the place?

Is the issue just that villagers are making it through your Iron Doors? That bug is currently being tracked under
MCPE-44621so its likely they're just walking through the door as opposed to "teleporting".If its just the iron door issue I can close this off as a dupliacte.

Can confirm they did not use Iron Door in relation to this issue. They appear to have teleported in via the corner of house which has job blocks in, which is furthest from door.
I have witnessed villagers "use" the iron door but only after I have done so. I've been sure to push them back out on those occasions. (It appears they have a window of a few seconds after I've used it to "reopen" it as if it was a normal door, it's like they are somehow making the most of a dying redstone signal.) I will report that as a separate issue though as to not confuse this thread further.
Just needed to add a lil update to this one..
Watched a villager teleport two floors up to reach a bed. He was already inside the house, meaning we can confidently ignore doors being part of the equation.
The villager successfully teleported 11 blocks up.
Perhaps they think they can sleep in beds in hard to reach locations.
