Naturally generated liquids don't flow properly
Steps to Reproduce:
- Try to locate a waterfall (in a ravine or cave) or a lavafall (in the nether)
Observed Results:
The flow will sometimes stop in chunk border leaving things like shown in the photos below
Expected Results:
The flow of the liquids should continue until they meet phisical barriers (blocks, water/lava pools, ect)
Notes:
On Java edition, naturally generated water/lava sources only start flowing after the chunk is generated for the first time. On bedrock, the flowing part is already there when generating, making me think that's the cause of the bug.

Lava and water don't flow properly
Sometimes around your world you can see flowing water or lava that have stoped flowing before intendet or cant drain. I dont think you can recreate such a bug, but they appeart to exist only in natural generated lava and water. Especialy in cave water and lava and nether "lavafalls"

Although thats because inevitable chunk loading issuses, the fact that makes this bug annoying, is that you cant drain properly this water/lava if you dont replace it all with a solid block. Removing the sorse block, wont uptade the flowing part.

This is due to loading chunks not causing block updates. if a water source (or flowing water for that matter) generates on the edge of a chunk, it will not get updated when a new chunk is generated adjacent to it.
