MCPE-87755Ghast Spawns in Nether Wastes
Even though in 1.16.0, ghasts are only supposed to spawn in deltas and soul sand valleys, however, they also spawn in nether wastes, with no deltas/soul sand valley nearby. There were also no forests or anything of the sort nearby, this was my old nether area and ghasts are still spawning there as of may 2021.

1. Go to a nether wastes biome
2. Wait for about 5 minutes or so
3. A ghast will spawn
There shouldn't be any ghasts.
A ghast will spawn.

However, this issue is Working as Intended.
The report you have submitted is working as intended: Ghasts are supposed to spawn in Basalt Deltas, Soul Sand Valleys, and Nether Wastes.
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
