Static/Feedback sent to speakers when game is launched
When I launch Minecraft I get static through all sound output devices. Its a very loud scratching noise and occurs when using built in audio and 3.5mm output to speakers. Only way to stop it is to close the game.
Does not occur with any of the other 100+ games I own.
I attached my DxDiag output for hardware reference.
I have TeamSpeak(Latest Version) running at the same time

When walking around in my server, I heard an awful static-y sort of buzzing noise, like a microphone being dragged across cloth or a really low-bit recording of the sea.
The sound seemed to come from a particular place in the game, as it got louder as I moved towards it and moved left to right in my stereo headphones when I turned. It goes away when I turn the in-game master volume to zero, but I haven't had time to isolate which volume slider will affect it. It repeated often, almost constantly, at varying pitches, volumes, and lengths when you stood near to where it was coming from.
My two friends, both running Windows 7 and 32 bit Java (unknown version), heard it as well. None of us were running any resource packs that changed anything besides textures.
That leads me to conclude that it was likely some in-game sound that had a corrupted file, and since three of us heard it, it must be a minecraft problem, not just one of our computers.
I have yet to do more testing to isolate the sound's origin or how to produce it, but within a few days I should be able to determine at least under what volume category it fits in.
(possibly related to MCPE-9599, although I am running MC proper, not MC for Win10)
Does this bug still appear in 0.13.1? If so please respond.
Hello,
The issue appears to have been resolved. I opened and closed Minecraft multiple times and loaded into different worlds etc. Not happening anymore.
Thank you
Ok, thanks for the feedback
