MCPE-98575Texture Error
After combining 2 shader, the texture of the block in a chunk changed. Texture changed only on the block exposed to air. After remove one of the shader I use, the texture error fixed. This usually doesn't happen when combining 2 shader so I don't know how to reproduce it.

After combining 2 shader, the top texture of the block in a chunk changed. Texture changed only on the top layer of a chunk. After remove one of the shader I use, the texture error fixed. This usually doesn't happen when combining 2 shader so I don't know how to reproduce it.

This is most likely not a bug with Minecraft and with the texture packs mixed together, If you could attach a screenshot that would help a lot.
Shaders are no longer compatible with the new renderdragon engine anyway. Therefore your problem cannot be reproduced in 1.16.201
Actually, it would be closer to
MCPE-116841or Invalid due to 3rd-party since it's on Android.However given RenderDragon will be on Android eventually there's probably little significance in fixing the problem.
If this is still an issue in 1.16.201, please attach a screenshot and the shader packs you're using.
