Created Issue:
Can't resize GUI larger.
I cannot resize the GUI larger. I opened the app and the GUI was smaller. Tried restarting didn't help. Before that I didn't touch any settings and it worked perfectly. I've tried changing gfx_guiscale_offset and that also didn't help.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
