REALMS-11864Realms keeps disconnecting on PlayStation
Realms server keeps disconnecting while using Playstation 4 Pro. Even after following troubleshooting procedures multiple times and different processes, Minecraft Realms keeps disconnecting every 5-10 minutes at its worst and sometimes it runs past 30 minutes and still disconnects. The application is up to date, the Playstation 4 Pro has no issues, and the wifi is working. Usually the signs of disconnecting are laggy responses when trying to view chests or sometimes break blocks. Sometimes disconnecting happens when also trying to move around. For the block breaking, sometimes it registers after waiting a few seconds for it to be used or it disconnects. This issue has worsen for the past month since I’ve played and started an existing world as a server.

Similar issue I'm having with my realm, just randomly keeps disconnecting everyone at the same time and we keep losing progress. Mine is lasting between 30mins to 2hours and it will backdate the savefile to one of the previous saves during that time and we lose so much progress. Been happening for about a month now.
To help make this more actionable, please write into Minecraft Player support so that we can gather the information needed to investigate further. Minecraft Help
I'm experiencing this on Switch as well (it might be because of the addon s on my Realm)
