REALMS-11896Accessing Minecraft Realms
I am writing to report an issue I have been experiencing when trying to access Minecraft Realms. For the past week and a half, I have been unable to access the service. The game loads infinitely and does not enter Realms. Eventually, an error occurs and the game simply closes.
This problem is not only happening to me, but also to other friends who use Realms. We are all paying for a service that we are unable to use. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will consider canceling my subscription.

Problema ao Acessar Minecraft Realms
Gostaria de relatar um problema que estou enfrentando ao tentar acessar o Minecraft Realms. Já faz uma semana e meia que não consigo acessar o serviço. O jogo fica carregando infinitamente e não entra no Realms. Apenas aparece um erro e o jogo simplesmente fecha.
Esse problema não está acontecendo apenas comigo, mas também com outros amigos que utilizam o Realms. Estamos todos pagando por um serviço que não estamos conseguindo utilizar. Se esse problema não for resolvido em breve, considerarei cancelar minha assinatura.
Agradeço desde já pela atenção e aguardo uma solução para o problema.
