Chunks not loading and lag
Issues with my Minecraft realm. Chunks within home base do not load even when walking through. Right-clicking chests and other interactive blocks are unresponsive. Sometimes I'm repeatedly sent back a block I was on a second ago.

chunks not loading...win10 v1.11.1...now I have 2 gamer tags unable to get into my own realm
I don't know if this is exactly the same for me, but I just got this game and paid for the Realm service and I see large parts of the world not loading. Blocks missing everywhere and I can see caves as the surface didn't load. This is not playable. This is a paid service how can the servers be having this problem? Other users that joined my realm are seeing the exact same issues in the same area of the game
Worked around by loading a backup
. Lost a lot of progress but area appeared to render. I still think this needs to be fixed. Reloading backups isn't the answer.

This is also happening to me. I use Java edition and my Username is Alsym. This happens all the time with me. I even upgraded my computer and this still happens. I use a standard survival world.
I think I found the solution. Check if the random tick speed is absurdly high. When I was playing, my friend (an op) wanted his crops to grow, so he made the tick speed like 1000000, causing lots of lag. I changed it back and the problem was solved.
