I can invite some players to my realm, but I am having trouble adding 'Johnny_rockets76' and 'Drywall Ri'. PLEASE HELPME! THIS IS THE REASON I BOUGHT THE REALM

I bought a realm because I thought(& think) Mojang should and would definitely have the most reliable hosting if they are selling dedicated servers for their own game. Can you please point me in the right direction?
Encountering the same issue here (with different users). Launcher Debug log reports:

These accounts do not exist. I assume that the players you wanted to add are playing on Bedrock Edition. Java Edition and Bedrock Edition are 100% incompatible with each other however, and have two different realms services.
