On Realms and Servers for Windows 10 Bedrock, I've had my skins that I import randomly get swapped with other peoples' skins.

Re-opening and moving to bedrock game as dupe REALMS-2685 mentions servers as well.
I also have a realm and we are having the same issues constantly. Whoever joins or changes their skin makes every other player look the same. It has not been fixed
