REALMS-3037Can't download Realms' data(world map)
(as the title said)
detail supplement:
The failure reason doesn't change(as two attached files("crash log" and screenshot)) however many amounts I try.
And there're several solved reports like mine but not exactly the same. So I created this report.

REALMS-2228, so I resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket it would be appreciated.
