REALMS-43Realms download not saving inventory.
What I expected to happen was...
When I downloaded my Realm world, it would be exactly the same as it is on the Realms
What actually happened was...
All of the blocks, chests, etc. were the same, but everyone's inventory was the same as it was the last time I uploaded a world.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upload a world to Realms with a dirt in your inventory.
2. Once in Realms, replace the dirt in your inventory with wood, and build a small structure.
3. Download your world to your computer.
4. Even though the structure you built is still there, you now have the dirt in your inventory even though you replaced it with wood on your Realm.

I am having this same issue. we have been playing on our realm for a couple weeks. I need to download the realm to update some texture packs after the first phase of update aquatic, but when I download the realm, I am relocated to the same position and with the same inventory (and ender chest) as when I last uploaded the realm a few weeks ago. All progress is saved in the realm, just not inventory or ender chest, character position, or character levels. Is there any progress on resolving this? Not sure how to update my realm at this point.
I can confirm that this bug is still present today after the most recent hotfix.
Same here, my world is a little worse however. I downloaded my world in an attempt to determine if Drowned would spawn in it. currently in my realm they are not, and when I enter the local copy of the world that I downloaded from my realm I have lost at least a months worth of progress.
