Trying to renew my realm. Message says “realm name (my username) realm name is not allowed”.

I have been having this issues since Christmas. I have tried creating a Realm from scratch on iPhone, iPad and Kindle Fire in version 1.2.9 but I can't. I have changed the permissions for the XBox live account as described and I have also tried allowing everything on the account to see if this helps but it doesn't help. Changing the name of the realm to something even simpler doesn't help either

Additionally, it's also worth noting that for some renaming your Realm Club (via the xbox app) may allow the Realm to be renewed.

This just happened to me. I am trying to renew my realm and every single realm name I enter doesn't work and displays the message; "The realm name x is not allowed.". Even the default "Miloyall's realm" Will not work. I tried to name my realm "Sillytime SMP", it didn't work, so I tried something else and it still didn't work. I even tried naming the realm basic words, like "Apple" or "Fun", and still the same message.
I am facing this issue on Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition. I have purchased a realm before, and I am creating a world and then clicking "Create on Realms server" then trying to renew it from there.
In case you need more proof
