I assure you that this is not an issue. The team are very busy people and you will eventually receive a response. I imagine this is likely because Mojang was on a Christmas break and also, you have to consider the fact that, they are working from home, as a result of coronavirus. Please be patient and I guarantee that you will eventually receive a reply.
