WEB-72Jira Default Project
"Create Issue" in Jira defaults to "Mojang Web Services" project. This results in novice users submitting a bug under the wrong project and Moderates responding "This is not a bug in Mojang Web Services".
Project should have NO default, forcing the user to select one as appropriate to their submission. Ideally "Mojang Web Services" should be at the bottom of the list as it is the least likely to have bug submissions.
Make sure to check from https://bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa, if you do it on a project's homepage that project is used.

Can't reproduce, it defaults me to the last project I used. Can you pull down that dropdown and screenshot that?
Maybe the behaviour of Jira might be different you as admin and me as mod ?
Can confirm that "Create Issue" defaults to the last project regardless of the dashboard, but what's the "last project" for a new account ?
I tested on a non-admin user that hasn't been logged into since the accounts were moved over. His default was Minecraft. Curious!
can confirm, if I go to https://bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa and then press create a new issue it starts with mojang web service
When looking already (for example) in an issue that is in the minecraft launcher, it makes your issue start as it was the minecraft launcher's issue. When browsing the web issue, when creating a new one, it will automatically chenge to web issue.
So i guess it is not a bug. (when into the FVbico's link, is comfirmed)

It will default to the last project you visited. New accounts will default to the Minecraft project.
