Linux not explicitly listed on minecraft.net main page as supported operating system
On the main minecraft.net page Linux is not listed on the "buy minecraft" button. It only states "Java Edition (PC & Mac)".This is also true on the Minecraft Support page, which does not list Linux. This may or may not be intentional, but will attract less Linux customers who do not already know that Minecraft Java Edition supports Linux. "PC" is an ambiguous term that people do not always associate with Linux.

How is this an unreleased version?
The ticket was originally created under MC with the version set to Future Version - 1.13+; Arisa changed it to 1.12 and then all version information was removed when the ticket was moved to WEB (which does not have version information).
technically mac is also pc, but it should state Windows and Linux
Linux is a PC operating system. What's actually weird about this is that Mac is listed additionally.

WEB-1622We have removed supported operating systems on the buy button since this was reported. Closing!
