WRONG SECTION

This issue only occurs on my realm world. I have downloaded the world to try it as a Local Play and it works fine, but when i play my Realm world it gives this issue
also i forgot to mention, my world is on a Realm

The Buttons to allow me to change Player Permissions in my world/realm no longer appears, i do not know why but it has not shown up next to the player names on the pause menu like it should..
other members of the realm say that it shows up for them, but i am the Owner and it does not show up for me

My Minecraft World is not letting me Access the Settings from the Pause Menu in game, when i try it just crashes my game. it does not give this issue on other worlds other than my main world. This has only happened after i downloaded the 1.4.0 Update

This happens to any player that joins my realm and also tries to access their Settings
Anytime i join a Realm, it will disconnect me shortly after joining and will not allow me to reconnect unless i Close and then Re-Open the Realm but it will disconnect all over again once i join.
This occurs on multiple different accounts that i play on, each with their own Different Realm, also happens to other people who try to join my realms and their Realms

if the world does not crash, it will crash when i use Kill @e or Teleport @e commands on a Mob that has multiple of itself being used with the command at once.
Sometimes the Teleport or Kill command will even crash the Realm if it is used on only 1 of a mob/player

This Crash will also happen if i attempt to teleport across large distances

All of my command Blocks contents are now Empty. This update removed all commands within every command block of my world. i have a backup still, but only the backup on 1.12 will still have the commands.

its not a specific command. it is any command that exists.
Basically, in my Realm, if i activate a Repeating Command Block, i cannot change the Type,Status,Command,etc. because it will just revert back to whatever the Command blocks State/Command was when it was activated,
I run an RPG Server and i use thousands of commands. but i have never experienced this issue before
Most of my systems are ready for me to change the data when i update my Server content and now i cannot do that at all without destroying every command block i want to edit in order to have it accept the changes
This issue will even occur when there is no command present in the block, as long as i place it to ACTIVE, it will never let me alter its information again
The same world giving the issue works perfectly fine when it is not being used as my realm.
but when i upload it to the realm, it gives the issue 24/7

My world now produces this issue at all times, regardless of Realm or Local access to it
I have Un-installed and Re-Installed minecraft and this issue is still there.
Just in case i didnt state this clearly earlier, this issue is ONLY when a Repeating Command Block has been set to Always Active. after that has been done, it will never allow changes to be made to it.
UPDATE
I have also discovered that if i want to enter commands using the UP or DOWN arrow keys to cycle through previous Commands i have entered in chat, it wont let me use the LEFT or RIGHT arrow keys or press ENTER for about 7 seconds after i cycle through a previous command
, sometimes when the COMMAND BLOCK issue occurs and i am attempting to turn it from an Active Repeater to an Active Impulse, it visually switches to the Impulse then a split second later it turns back into a Repeater

I have discovered that the Command Block issue is only present if i play the world as a Realm or from my Xbox Console. The exact same world works perfectly fine if i play it from the Windows 10 Edition.
When i Upload the working world file to my realm from the Windows 10 Version, the realm works fine with no command block issues of any kind, same for the local play of that file.. but when i access it through my Xbox One, the command blocks immediately form the issue and even when i go back to the realm on the windows 10 edition it will have the issue now too. so it seems that something involving the Xbox Version of it is corrupting or altering things in the files and corrupting them.
UPDATE
I have discovered that even though the command block issue occurs when i play it on my xbox or after i have accessed the realm with my xbox, i can download it onto my windows 10 version from the Realm Settings menu and it works fine. so for some reason, i am not able to use my xbox with that world or on that world as a realm... its not a file corruption because my Windows 10 minecraft plays the world fine with no command issue

I have discovered that this issue with Repeating Command blocks will occur even on a New World and on Different Accounts but only when i use it on my Xbox One, i have created numerous brand new worlds and placed a command block down in the state of Repeat and activated it, then attempting to change its text while it is active it will revert and not keep the changes i make to it.
I have FIXED the issue on my own. I did not need tens to hundred of employees to help fix it. as i am 1 person alone and did more than they could together APPARENTLY.
The Fix is this: When the Setting (Screen Animations) is turned on, the command blocks that are in ACTIVE setting and REPEAT State will not allow changes to its State or Text uness it is not active/destroyed and remade with new settings text
When the Screen Animations setting is OFF, i no longer recieve Any Command block issues. Thank you and if you ever need me to help fix minecraft issues, let me know because it seems that i am more dedicated to the game issues than any of you at Mojang or Microsoft.

You dont need a Test world. You can use a wooden sword against a player while they are wearing normal armor vs Protection Armor and the damage output is the exact same no matter what protection tier being used
FIX THIS ISSUE

Protection gives NO PROTECTION against Sword Damage. which is the entire point of most Protection Players for PVP

No, my command blocks work fine if im playing outside of Realms, but when the world is uploaded to Realms and i log into it, there are 100 Command Blocks that are in a pillar to the sky that no longer contain commands within them and the block will not let me change its information. i have waited 2 hours in the world just in case of the lag of data but nothing happened. i have even downloaded the world from the realm and then checked it in a Minecraft File Editor which shows that all of the blocks in the 100 block Pillar contain no commands so something involving the Upload of the Realm is removing the Commands Block Data info.

@[Mod] tryashtar That is not related to my issue. I receive no crash, no warning or lag or disconnects. it simply does not let me Alter or use Command blocks in my Realm. and if the world already has commands in it, it will remove most of their Command Info completely upon Uploading to the Realm
@Matthew I am going to assume you have not even read the Comment Updates. If you did, which you did not, you would see that i already said i cannot post it because this report site only allows up to 10mb attachments.

I have discovered that all of the command blocks affected involved EXECUTE commands which this new version has reformatted how the EXECUTE command works/sequences.
I am going to assume that is what caused the issue.
I can confirm for me as well.
It removes/does not let me use Functions in my Realm even though Functions work properly on the exact same world when played on Local
