Amster Plays, I know but the bug is that it is not translated in some languages, in my case is in the Spanish of Mexico.
Amster Plays If you place 4 stalactites on top of each other, you can jump up on them. And can confirm. This also affects cakes.

How do you replicate this; how did you manage to get it into this state?
I'm not sure if this is true; whenever I place or summon a minecart underwater, subtitles appear to make the right sound. Not sure what your screenshots are lmao... Maybe I'm wrong though, take this with a grain of salt.
Many strange things happen in minecraft generation due to the environment, and so I don't think this would be considered a bug, unless the terrain generation is broken, which does not seem to be the case. This is probably just a randomly spawned lake that happens to be one block.
Can back up this confirmation. Might be because the particles are 2D and that angle doesn't work.

A grass is a non-solid block, and so mobs treat it as air if im not mistaken, and shulkers dont like to float, so it will teleport away. This is not a bug.
That has to be a mod, texture pack or could have been your OS (windows 8). This would not happen in vanilla minecraft, so try running the installer and press "repair"

This is because tinted glass blocks let light through like a regular block would if placed there instead. The reason the block underneath is completely dark is because the block is getting a light level of zero; there is no light passing through.
Are you sure its not being blocked by the thunder noise? It tends to mute out others due to the volume.

NoAI:1b or NoAI:1 makes the mob float, and not move. This is not a bug, this is 100% intentional, and you MADE it do that. (you summoned the pillager with a passenger with NoAI, meaning it will summon on top and never move. YOU did this.

Thats how its meant to work. There isn't a full cauldron block, and thus isn't pickable.

This sounds intentional, due to the fact that foxes are light in minecraft, and they wouldn't just skip a mob, but i dunno.

Are you trying to hit levers in adventure mode? Do they work from other angles? If not, this is intentional. That's what ADVENTURE mode is.

This does not happen to me. Graphics -> fabulous? Turn up render distance? Not sure.

The bug tracker doesn't deal with technical issues, message mojang support directly.
You are using mods, this bug tracker only deals with vanilla minecraft. Try taking off your mods and seeing if you can load, if so, one of the mods are stopping you.
Enchantments that are incompatible are incompatible for a reason. For example, fortune and silk touch would be pointless because silk touch gives 1 ore, so fortune cant affect it. Riptide and loyalty would be pointless because you can't throw a riptide trident, hence making loyalty not do anything. WAI.
Did you update from an earlier update to 1.17? If so, this is most likely causing the issue.

Updating from older versions to newer versions doesn't tend to be supported and can cause bugs like this, however it could still be a bug in the game.
Have you tried updating your graphics card's drivers?
Other languages are not supported by minecraft and this will probably just be resolved or something, I doubt they're going to fix it.
What is a "thin" block? Do you mean glass panes and iron bars?

How are you trying to connect to their server? This does not appear to be a minecraft bug, but instead your own friend's server is broken.
Yeah it does this for me too, always has. Minecraft uses a ton of memory.
