Bell activated via redstone generated by copper rod don't make sound
When a bell activated via redstone generated by a copper rod hit by thunder, it doesn't produce any bell sound, we only hear the thunder.
The bell does work though, it moves and villager go inside the houses.

Are you sure its not being blocked by the thunder noise? It tends to mute out others due to the volume.
I am unable to reproduce this issue in 20w51a. Reproducing this with subtitles enabled, makes it clearly visible that the "bell ring" sound is being played. If you listen closely, you can still hear the bell ring over the thunder.
Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest development snapshot.
