I bought Minecraft Dunegons standard edition. After
that, I bought a hero pass upgrade but nothing has synced in-game and my microsoft store is not showing "ready to install" data that comes with hero pass upgrade which includes two skins, chicken and hero cape. Yes, bought the standard edition and then after a couple days upgraded to hero edition but without any sucess.
Hello there, just wanted to let You know I posted the exact issue back in June myself. This is an ongoing problem.
I have already contacted Minecraft Customer Support and they said it wasnt an issue that concerns them. They directed me to make a post about this bug here.
