MCD-3863Hero pass upgrade bug
I bought Minecraft Dunegons standard edition. After a couple of hours, I bought a hero pass upgrade but nothing has synced in-game and my microsoft store is not showing "ready to install" data that comes with hero pass upgrade which includes two skins, chicken and hero cape. There are no fixes online that I can find to this problem, please help!

Same happened to me, did you buy the standard edition from the minecraft site too?
Yes, bought the standard edition and then after a couple days upgraded to hero edition but without any sucess.
Did you both purchase the Launcher version for the base game/standard edition and then purchase the hero pass from the Microsoft store (or vice-versa)?

I have already contacted Minecraft Customer Support and they said it wasnt an issue that concerns them. They directed me to make a post about this bug here.
