So I'm always annoyed when this happens, I switch to another workspace and the when I go back to the workspace Minecraft is on, it's shrink to the panel. It waists just a couple of seconds to click all the way down to get the game back up and I rather just have this not be an issue at all.

Try turning off settings>Profile>Only Allow Trusted Skins.
@Bonicgamer You shouldn't update affected versions on a duplicate issue.
I was able to replicate the bug just in case me commenting helped in some way to getting the bug fixed.
Yeah, I have the same problem with switching workspaces in Manjaro. It's really annoying so I hope it gets fixed.
I even made a short clip of it that I attatched.

MC-160464so search before you post.The only thing that might have to be looked into is the chunks being rearranged.
I just went and helped someone install the Minecraft Launcher though the AUR and the skin option seemed to work when building it for the first time.
I'm having the same issue. Sure, I'm on my computer using the 'Unofficial Linux Launcher,' but it's the same for me.
Also, if you just select a 'Classic Skin' without any Cape or emotes selected it saves properly.
Edit: The previous statement seems to be inconsistent on whether the game properly saves the skins or not. Bedrock is such a fun platform
They probably have 'Only Allow Trusted Skins' turned on. Idk when this setting was added, but it really needs to be made more prominent so people know to turn it off.
'Settings>Profile>Only Allow Trusted Skins' is probably the issue.
