Kyle Bartush this is an issue with the OS X Firewall. I use little snitch and keep the default firewall off and I have no issues. The default firewall just can't handle this setup properly because its not well programmed (which is most likely because nobody uses it).
So I'm guessing duplicate?

MCPE-11887)Issue present as of 1.9. This is STILL a bug as that the firewall should allow traffic if the program is in the list of allowed apps.
