Textures on home screen disappearing randomly
When I launched Minecraft 1.11.4, the unknown texture files popped up (see image number

And when I tried to debug it myself,I saw that the texture files were deleted from the computer (see image number1).When I launched Minecraft 1.11.4, the unknown texture files popped up (see image number 1). I was browsing the Microsoft store and I updated Minecraft (to 1.16.100), however, when I opened Minecraft, it logged me out
. And also messed up themy packscount (this is the bug):

When using the Windows default UWP app fullscreen shortcut (WIN + SHIFT + ENTER), the screen flickers red, and when you can see the GUI, there is a chance that a random block texture will appear. It took me a lot of tries to capture this at the right moment: https://imgur.com/7WdzXko
The image
you see above is when I un-fullscreened using the Windows UWP app fullscreen shortcut and then timed my screenshot perfectly. When full screening either with WIN + SHIFT + ENTER or F11, the screen flickers red black (was red in previous 1.17 versions with the white loading screen).
There is also a seemingly random chance that a random block texture will appear: https://imgur.com/7WdzXko
The image above was taken the exact moment I fullscreened.
Minecraft build 1.17.41 was published to the Amazon app store instead of 1.18.
I've updated Minecraft, and it says it's 1.17.41. I can't find any 1.18 in-game features either meaning that the game isn't mislabeled.
I updated my game well after the release. And tried uninstalling fully and reinstalling, but it's still 1.17. The release logs in the Amazon App Store do contain notes about 1.18.

This bug should resolve itself on a new release to the Amazon App Store. The bug continues to take place upon newer releases.
Most likely reason behind this issue: since windows 11 supports downloading android apps via the Microsoft Store powered by the Amazon App Store, letting Minecraft be sold on there would give players a cheaper alternative as Minecraft for Android costs about $7, and Minecraft for Windows costs about $27. This is not a bug, it's intentional.

I can confirm: this is still happening in 1.16.201
This does not happen all the time. There is a small chance that this will occur. I know this because this has only happened once in 1.16.201 after hundreds of times using the same portal with the same chests.
This happens when intercepting his leads
I know that I am not a moderator but I would recommend putting some footage of this happeneing.
It is very hard to intentionally reproduce this bug, however, I have seen this happen and I was lucky to be able to document this bug for once.
Used to flash redIt now flashes black, indicating direct correlation between the loading screen colors and this.
Noticed it happening once more in 1.17.0 and 1.17.1
Yes, we're installing the Amazon App Store on Android.
My brief testing indicates this happens when you load into a world. Saving and quitting simply "primes" up the bug.
Reply from [Mod] GoldenHelmet: if you are not going to elaborate on your test methods and results, then this is not helpful comment.
This bug seems to have been resolved in 1.18. Requires further testing for full confirmation.
@Meg, any info as to how I can get Minecraft on the play store now that they basically "took" my 7 dollars without giving me the actual game?
