MCD-1222Bug when the character does not move in the intended direction. When clicking somewhere the character will attempt to move in the wrong direction (usually down in my experience), during this period it is also impossible to pickup items/enter dungeons/open chests.
I do not know what causes the bug, but it makes the game unplayable. I also do not know exactly how it fixes itself, as it has done after alt-tabs, attacking, rolling and inventory actions. It seems to randomly start and stop, I cannot reproduce it, but it happens an awful lot.

Notice how I am clicking and holding walk in other directions but the character keeps trying to move downwards.

MCD-259. Sorry mods, couldn't find anything about it until I just stumbled upon it now.
According to the FAQ (https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360041345271-MINECRAFT-DUNGEONS-FAQ), Game Pass owners only get access to the Standard Edition and do not have access to the Hero Pass for free.
Ah okay, well at least you are not missing out on anything right now. I'm sure it will be fixed soon, purchase related issues normally take priority for obvious reasons.
Sorry, I meant major content like levels, rather than cosmetics.
There was an outage regarding purchase and content usage that was just fixed (maybe try restarting the Store/PC), so if you still cannot access it soon you'd probably be best contacting support: this would be Microsoft Support in your case.
I would personally still give it 24 hours before doing so though.

I just found this, I posted a duplicate by mistake (seems the search function on this site is terrible).
While the character is bugged like this, it's also impossible to interact with things. This bug makes the game unplayable and I'm really surprised to see it has existed for this long.
