When 1.16.200 was released, it fixed a bug where I couldn't see feed comments, but now feed posts don't render for me now. This is also an issue in 1.16.201. Before you tell me you are tracking this at
MCPE-5918, that issue was fixed, and this is obviously not fixed.

Definitely not happy that Mojang is just choosing to ignore the issue at hand and just add a feature to "fix" the bug, but at least colored signs are actually readable now.
The /w and /tell commands previously worked in survival mode with cheats off, and they are still in the command menu for non-operators, but whenever used they say no targets matched selector. Operators in games with cheats off cannot use the command either. When typing in the command, on the "Target" section, no options show up on the chat bar (player names, target selectors)
When in the dark, Glow Item Frames appear as normal like they are supposed to, lighting up the frame and the item inside. However in the light, Glow Item Frame do nothing to the luminosity of the item inside and the item frame appears considerably darker than a normal item frame, proved by how the outline of the normal item frame has the correct color in light, while a glow item frame has a much darker frame. This makes glow item frames ugly and very unhelpful, as in most places where Glow Item Frames would be used, it would normally be lit to prevent mob spawns. Please fix this issue very soon.
Compare the two glow item frames in the attachments, and you will notice the considerable difference in the lit glow item frame versus the dark glow item frame.
Glow Item Frameslitincorrectly in the light.Glow Item Frames rendered incorrectly in the light.
I think this was fixed in the latest hotfix, but I've done minimal testing so I can't be sure.
DarkstalkerMoon - You may need to provide more information then. Did you try what Jonathan said in the comment above?
@DarkstalkerMoon, the MC project on this bug tracker is only for reports about Java Edition. Please search if there are any existing reports for Bedrock Edition (project MCPE), and if not, create a new one. Feel free to refer to this report here though.

It is a feature request because "Won't fix" on MC-129206 isn't the same as "Works as intended"
Can confirm for 1.16.200
Thought this was an intentional feature, so glad it's fixed
In 1.16.200, i could not comment. In 1.16.201, i could post feed pictures, but they would not render, Now, in 1.16.210, i cannot comment OR post feed pictures. PLEASE FIX THE FEED!
Can confirm for 1.16.200. This issue also occurs on realms.
Please do not say this is a feature request. You cannot even read about 2/3 of the colors used on the signs
This is so frustrating as the colors on the sign are not only unreadable, they are completely different than the chat and book colors. More than half of the people on my smp realm use colored signs to draw attention to our shops and builds so I would like a fix as soon as possible. Tbh I won't even care if you remove the dyeable signs altogether, using the section sign is easier, less resource-demanding, and more versatile.
I want this fixed in the next hotfix. You can not even see words that are colored, and that is a big problem for big servers like my smp one where we use colored signs to make reading easier for other players. Using the section sign was so much easier and now that doesn't work at all. This issue better be fixed in the next hotfix update. I don't even care if you remove the dyeable signs but this bug needs to be fixed and fast.
Noticed that this happens most often with names and with words that might be considered offensive if they were taken out of context to the point that it's ridiculous.
This might help, but i'm guessing not as mojang doesn't seem to see this issue.
I do think we should fix the ID issue though.
Please update this report. The bug is NOT fixed in the newest beta, the only color which was completely back to normal was white. Please update the report as such.
@LateLag it was a whole new sign. The bug is fixed for white text but it is still incredibly dark for colors like orange and yellow and it's still quite not where it was before with shades like blue and cyan.
I'll try to get some screenshots later
They are? Personally the old ones were much better, the new ones are really ugly
Do you know the reasoning as to why Mojang thought this was a good idea?
Definently not happy that Mojang is just choosing to ignore the issue at hand and just add a feature to "fix" the bug, but at least colored signs are actually readable now.
I have had to replace my mending villager on 5 separate occasions because of this. Please fix the bug
I also play on bedrock so this issue is on that version too,
One thing I would like to add is that my villagers only start despawning when there are more than two of them. Has this happened to anyone else?
Duplicate of MC-153904
@Fabian Roling
Yes, i know, but i just wanted to let the mods know the bug is on bedrock too. Just because im playing on bedrock doesnt mean it doesn't matter. The bug is on both editions and should be fixed on both.
Can confirm for 1.17.2
I don't THINK it's an issue anymore, but I can't be sure. I think it only occurs when a villager doesn't link to their bed, but that's another issue entirely and idk if it still happens.
Yes
I first noticed it on a realm, then tested it on a world and found out it affects both.
Can confirm for 1.17.10.
Additionally, this happens when using the section sign and using small text.
Happens occasionally to me, no idea how to reproduce
Ah yes. A lightning rod that burns more builds than it protects. Excellent idea mojang. TOTALLY a good idea.
fr how was this marked as worked as intended its obviously a bug.
This bug just started happening to me, i have pictures as well of the bug. I have no idea how to reproduce but it is still an issue in 1.17.11.
Please change platforms to multiple.
@[MCPE MOD] Audrick your workaround does not work on mobile devices.
I wouldn't be doing this had they actually reopened the bug
I think this happens with leaf blocks too.
@Axel Almgren bruh youre quitting because some mobs are spawning... wow. just light your area as you would with literally ANY OTHER MOB.
THIS WORKS FOR BOOKS TOO! THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE PLEASE FIX THE BUG
This is super fustrating. Please note this happens with books too.
Can confirm for 1.17.11.
Can confirm this only works on realms. Have not yet found a workaround but I know special characters like the section sign are also affected by said bug.
Can confirm for bedrock edition 1.17.11.
Can confirm for 1.17.30.
Can confirm for 1.17.32
The issue is not gone. Please update this bug to include 1.17.32.
Reply from [Mod] GoldenHelmet: please read my previous comment.
I wonder how many bugs would be fixed if they just removed the unhelpful, annoying chat filter that doesn't filter out things that should be filtered and instead censors normal words. I'm guessing this is also behind the bug where signs don't work, and the bug where feed pictures don't work, and the bug where feed comments don't work... Realms is getting downright unplayable at this point. What am I even paying for?
Can confirm for 1.18
This bug is not on phone for me for some reason, however i know people who play on an ipad and it doesn't work for them, but it doesn't seem to be for all mobile devices.
It was worth a shot. A Mojang Dev was much more likely to see it here than on the feedback website, even if it was posted as Invalid. Mojang needs a spot where people can post geniune concerns about the game's existing features that might seriously affect gameplay, rather than a site where all genuine concerns are drowned out by hordes of people suggesting stupid things like cars or electricity.
Oh, of course there is. It's just that either it is drowned out by way too many unmoderated, useless suggestions, or Mojang did see it and can't/won't implement because they are way too understaffed. They have a hard enough time fixing the bugs here as is, so I wouldn't expect these issues to end until they inevitably merge Java and Bedrock.

This is exceptionally annoying because in worlds with repeated command blocks your chat will be spammed upon entering the world until you can turn it off manually. If you are on member mode, you're basically hopeless.
