Don't know if this helps, but the same keeping entity msg appeared on my server (1.13.2). Never seen it before and it happened today right after I installed and allocated more RAM. It happened for entity firework_rocket right after a server crash, while I was flying through my world.

It's also combined with the 'can't keep up' msg.

Really? I thought iron pick and above can... So I imagine gold ones are below Iron tools then...?
The only ores I can harvest with the gold pick is coal and the nether gold nuggets ore. Is that supposed to be that way?
EDIT: ah yes... nevermind all that...

Same here on windows 11, but only since snapshot 21w44a. Used the new launcher yesterday with no issues on previous snapshot 21w43a
