I downloaded the MC 15w34a snapshot, then I downloaded the 15w34b snapshot when it came out.
I wanted to delete the folder of 15w34a in '.minecraft\versions', then I saw that the launcher deleted the 15w34a folder and replaced it with 15w34b.
I downloaded an older 1.9 snapshot, took a look at the versions folder again and I saw that the launcher replaced 15w34b's folder with the older snapshot's folder.If this is meant to be a feature, or someone already reported this bug

When I enter the End, the dragon doesn't spawn (another bug), but when I summon a dragon, it doesn't have a health bar, too (though it could be considered as the first dragon).
Based on your screenshot, the portal didn't work because there should be a block under each portal frame
(there was no blocks under 3 frame...)

How I can reproduce the bug (example):
1. Change your FOV settings while logged in a world. (From Normal to 30, for example)
2. Close the menu (go back to the game)
3. Open the menu again, then change back your FOV (E.g: to Normal)
When you go back to the game, the chunks render again if you move your mouse...
