This isnt being placed underwater. The conditions are exactly the same as the screenshot
This just happened on my single player world with the acacia boat in 15w42a. It happened as soon as i picked up a chicken
You cant have 2 sorts of protection on 1 set of armour. Even when using the /enchant command, it will not display or be affected if there is already 1 sort of protection on the armour. Eg, You cant have fire protection and projectile protection on 1 amour piece

I think they burn as the rain isnt there to put the daylight burning mobs out. This has been around for a while i think

Ok, I didnt see any other issues with simular concepts, i will go around that world again and find some in the new snapshot. Havent got around to using snapshot yet. Should update other issues too

Found one if 15w45a. What I did was flew around in spectator mode into new chunks and went into creative so they would spawn and i went into spectator again to find the mobs together
