Neither snapshot 19w45b & 19w46a showed any improvement. Chunks & rendering are very slow when riding my minecart. As can be seen in the attached video, chunks are very slow to load. Near the end when entering my train station, you can see two cows on top of a not-yet rendered mountain.

I confirm this annoying lighting glitch in Minecraft version 1.14-pre1. Dark shadows are randomly placed all over the world.

I confirm experiencing this bug in Minecraft final version 1.14.
Version 1.14-Pre-Release-5 worked much better when it came to chunk loading and lighting.
How was this final version ever released with such a major bug being present???
The bug has not been fixed. Chunk loading is still horribly slow in Minecraft 1.14.1.
Please reopen this bug.
Version 1.14-pr5 still has the fastest chunk loading.
All Java Edition 1.15 snapshots have horrible rendering and chunk issues, being very slow.
It is most noticeable when I ride my mine-cart long distance, across water and land, away from my city and back to it. The mine-cart frequently crosses unloaded, empty chunks.
Snapshots 19w45a, 19w45b & 19w46a haven't improved anything. Chunk loading / rendering is very slow. It can be seen in the attached video when going over and near water. When returning to the train station, 3 cows slowly appear on a mountain on the right which hasn't rendered yet.

Performance pertaining to chunk / rendering has gotten even worse with 1.15 Pre-release 1. It's pathetic. No snapshot subsequent to version 1.14.4 comes close. I'm using Nvidia GeForce 210 on Linux. Maybe I'll produce another video and post it if it helps.
