In your video you are at Y=-60 which is still the overworld (-64,320). If you go below Y=-64 do they still spawn?
I have tried this with 8 minecraft accounts - and was only able to complete the daily challenge on 3 of them. They other 5 would not complete no matter how many times I visited the departments. I tried using the tubes to travel as well as the teleport item in inventory. I have stickers from each department - so it knows I visited them! I am playing on 1.21.50 and have tried multiple devices - switch, iPad, xbox, PC.
You should update the title to reflect that it is the "Mojang Office Shirt". I am experiencing the same issue on version 1.21.50. I completed the challenge yesterday afternoon and it has not shown up in my account despite multiple restarts of the game.
When you are stuck like that and can't get out of the rollercoaster area - I have found that if leave by walking along the ledge near the enderman stained glass and then use a tube to teleport to another department you will get the end screen and become unstuck. I definitely experienced the same issue as you. It ended up deleting my lab coat and I had to buy a new one. Version 1.21.50.

MCPE-188990You can also cause damage to players in the Biome Labs department as well as the Idea Vault with the snowballs. And in the Biome Labs if you go in lava and throw snowballs - they become flaming snowballs.

MCPE-188990This seems to be fixed since it has become day 2. If you try revisiting all of the departments now it should correct itself.
I cannot reproduce this at this time - the elytra appears to have a red corner on it in inventory which I think is indicating that it's locked. I cannot shift click it, drag it or use keys 1-7 to remove it (hotbar slots 8 and 9 are already full with the teleporter and sticker book which are also locked.) Maybe this has already been fixed since you posted this bug?

Hey - your video link is private and won't play. If you die intentionally in the mob factory mini game - i.e. catch on fire or swim in lava or get blown up - does that fix it?
I am able to reproduce what is shown in the video with jump boost allowing me to fall down onto the race course from the idea vault lobby without properly starting the race by falling down to the start line below.
Although i believe this is resolved now - there is video proof of it happening prior to whatever changes have been made in this related bug. Note that there is no red corner on the elytra in the video.

MCPE-189026.If you are in the dressing room - and you select any other item made by Minecraft and you click the "By Minecraft" link above the Equip button you will be able to see all of the character creator items you own by Minecraft. Can you see the hat there?
The current version is v1.21.51. Are you able to update to that and try again?
Are you using a vanilla minecraft bedrock client? Lots of stuff in that screenshot leads me to believe you are not.
You should update to the most recent version v1.21.51 and see if that resolves it.

I can confirm experiencing the same issue in v1.21.51 with many of the same skin packs. The only way for me to equip one of them - for example - Minecon 2016 - is to go to Marketplace->My library->Skins and view/equip them from there. They never appear in Dressing Room->Classic Skins no matter how many times I click show more.

There are parts of the board that don't seem to cause the menus to open. Try clicking very much in the middle of the board and see if that fixes it.
Is the wifi network you are on filtering certain types of traffic? Can you turn on a VPN and try again? Or try with different wifi? Have you looked at the network settings in Settings->General?

Both files worked for me right away. I am wondering if it is a permissions issue with the folder where you have the files stored. Can you check the permissions of the png files to make sure minecraft can access them?

Can you try updating your minecraft to v1.21.51 and see if that resolves it? Can you turn off any resource packs you may be using? (Settings->Global Resources). Can you clear the cache file McLive 2024 RP? (Settings->Storage->Cached Data)

This sounds like a microsoft account issue. Go to account.microsoft.com and log in. Look at your available payment options. Maybe even try removing your payment method and re-adding it.

Although I wouldn't say that the expected result is that 3 glass bottles should get put onto the brewing stand. Empty glass bottles should not be able to be placed on the brewing stand at all. Only bottles filled with water or other base potions. And those do not stack.
