As added in a previous snapshot, buttons can be placed on the top of blocks. The texture though is usually showing the button on the side of a block. They will also float above your hand when you hold them.

The block data of the redstone repeater is right but the model is the 4 tick delay when you place it. Still works properly though.

To sum it up: A lot of the block ids were mixed up overall.
Most Entities Are Affected Including Items and Eye Of Enders.

Slightly different bug. In that one the death is by an ender crystal explosion and it is still healing the dragon as it is dying.
