It actually isn’t, if it were a feature it wouldn’t change depending on if you’re slowly moving after going up or down

Contacted Microsoft Support, they told me to contact Mojang. Contacted Mojang, they told me to contact Microsoft Support. Contacted Microsoft Support, they told me to contact Mojang. Contacted Mojang, they told me to contact Microsoft Support. Eventually, Microsoft Support hooked me to a manager. They told me they'd make a case and send me an email. This was over a month ago. Maybe 2. Been doing this since October. This is terrible. Mojang told me it's on Microsoft's side. Microsoft told me it's on Mojang's side. Worst part, Microsoft Support, no matter who I connected to, tried to "solve" it for me by telling me to redownload it on the store. I can't tell you how many times I've explained that there's 2 Minecraft Xbox versions.
Oh, I've also been on the phone for hours before, waited days for emails, etc.
Still a bug in 1.19.70.20. One of the longest lasting bugs and single-handedly the reason me and many other people I know have the paper doll disabled due to how ridiculous it looks.
